My name is Coach William Claborn, Founder and Personal Trainer of Will Power Strength and Conditioning. I am a highly motivated NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, and NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am a Huntsville native and graduate of Alabama A&M University possessing a Bachelor's in Physical Education and Sports Management. I enjoy spending time with my Wife and children, while serving and inspiring others through my passion of Health and Wellness.
My journey in fitness started in 2012. As a skinny kid, I wanted build muscle and look good, but I shortly came to realize that a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. Through my education I learned the importance of stretching, warming up, eating healthy, and getting the necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues. Through my 10 plus years in the Fitness Industry I have gained expert knowledge and experience in designing and monitoring exercise programs for a diverse level of clientele with a wide range of abilities and limitations. I am committed to coaching, educating, and inspiring clients of all ages to help them achieve their health and fitness objectives. I encourage, empower, and motivate my clients to meet and exceed their fitness goals to attain a full scale healthy lifestyle. I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life.
Will Power Strength and Conditioning (SC) offers functional training, mobility/stability, and strength training services to clients ages 12 years of age through senior citizens. My goal is to improve the health of each client. The improvement of one’s personal health is the key toward overall success. I have been successful in training and rehabilitating clients from knee surgery to major back surgery. I specialize in post physical therapy rehab, osteoarthritis management, nutritional guidance, weight loss, fat loss, athletic performance, injury prevention, and corrective exercises. I'm here to serve my community and educate people on the importance of functional training and physical fitness.
Mission Statement-Will Power is the ability to resist short term gratification in pursuit of long-term goals. Our mission is to help increase the quality of life for each client we coach. We aid in serving others with the utmost respect and care to ensure client safety while meeting and exceeding personal fitness goals. You possess the will power to accomplish any goal, you set your mind too, and we want to assist you with accountability, motivation, encouragement, and proper training to be the best version of you both mentally and physically.
