My name is Coach William Claborn, and I am the Founder and Personal Trainer of Will Power Strength and Conditioning. I am a highly motivated NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, and NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. A native of Huntsville, I graduated from Alabama A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports Management. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children while also serving and inspiring others through my passion for health and wellness.
My fitness journey began in 2012. As a skinny kid, my goal was to build muscle and improve my appearance, but I soon realized that a healthy lifestyle encompasses so much more than just lifting weights. Through my education, I discovered the importance of stretching, warming up, eating well, and ensuring proper rest and sleep.
I am deeply passionate about helping others uncover their potential through dedication and hard work. My mission is to inspire you to achieve a happy, well-balanced lifestyle that reduces the risk of future health issues. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have gained expert knowledge in crafting and monitoring exercise programs for a diverse range of clients with various abilities and limitations.
I am committed to coaching and empowering individuals of all ages to realize their health and fitness aspirations. I motivate my clients to not only meet but exceed their goals, cultivating a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. I believe that when you feel good, you truly excel in life.
Will Power Strength and Conditioning (SC) offers life-changing functional training, mobility and stability exercises, and strength training services for clients aged 12 to senior citizens. My mission is to empower each client to transform their health, as personal well-being is the cornerstone of true success. I have had the privilege of guiding clients through their rehabilitation journeys, from recovering after knee surgeries to overcoming major back challenges. I specialize in post-physical therapy rehabilitation, osteoarthritis management, nutritional guidance, weight loss, fat loss, athletic performance, injury prevention, and corrective exercises. I am passionate about serving my community and inspiring people to embrace the profound benefits of functional training and physical fitness.
