Our One on One Training sessions are offered as private one on one sessions between you and our professional coaches. We develop a customized personal training fitness program to cater to your goals while coaching and guiding you through the entire workout. Our professional coaches help you stay disciplined and focused, while ensuring you the best quality training throughout your session.
Our Small Group Training is offered as semi private sessions consisting of 2-6 people max. Small group personal training has been shown to increase camaraderie, accountability, and success for individuals in the group. Through small group training we add variety to your fitness workout with customized circuit training, functional movements, and strength training. You also find inspiration and motivation while establishing relationships, which help increase adherence to the program.
Our Sports Performance Training is a design approach that helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. Our professional coaches will create a training regimen to improve your fitness level for the purpose of improving your ability to perform and excel in any given sport.
Our Corrective Exercise Specialist is an expert in human movement assessment. Our specialist will accurately analyze your movement patterns, identify overactive and underactive muscle groups, and compensations while guiding you through exercises to strengthen your range of motion, mobility, and stability. We implement this expertise is all of our personal training fitness programs.
Have you had surgery or been injured? No problem! With your prescribed diagnosis we can assess your injury and create a unique, safe, and effective program that aids in recovery. We work alongside physical therapists to rehabilitate you back to full range of motion. We have rehabilitated clients from rotator cuff surgery, back surgery, and foot/ankle injuries; we've seen it all. We also specialize in arthritis and osteoarthritis management.
Our Functional Training Programs are designed to help strengthen clients to perform everyday real-life activities like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling. All of our personal training fitness programs are designed with functional training movements which use the whole body, multiple muscles, and emphasizes core strength and stability.
